Speaker – $26.00
Speaker registration level. ($25 fee + $1.00 processing fee)
Student no lunch – $11.00
This is for students who want to attend the conference and DOES NOT include lunch or membership. ($10 fee + $1.00 processing fee)
Student with Lunch – $26.00
This rate is for full-time students only and includes lunch and a 1 year membership to InSOPHE. ($25.00 fee + $1.00 processing fee)

Registration Costs:

*There is a $1.00 processing fee added to each payment level.

Professionals:

InSOPHE Members: $40 (lunch and CE hours included)
Non-InSOPHE Members: $45 (lunch included)

Students:

Student Deluxe: $25 (Lunch and 1-year membership)
Student Basic: $10 (No lunch or 1-year membership)

If your organization does not allow you to pay online or you prefer to pay by check or cash at the event, please bring a check payable to InSOPHE at the time of the event. If you do not pay prior to or at the time of the event, lunch will not be available to you.

An application has been submitted to award Certified Health Specialists (CHES) and Master Certified Health Education Specialists (MCHES) up to 5.0 total Category I Continuing Education Contact Hours (CECH). This is subject to change.

InSOPHE will provide NCHEC credits to members only for this event. Those non-InSOPHE members who wish to earn Category I NCHEC credits for this event may join InSOPHE prior to registering for this event and earn free Category I credits.
