  • Current InSOPHE members registration level.

    If you are not a current InSOPHE member,
    you may join InSOPHE in the Membership page and then register at this rate.
    ($55 fee + $1.00 processing fee)
  • This is the non-InSOPHE rate. ($65.00 fee + $1.00 processing fee)
  • This rate is for full-time students only and includes lunch and a 1 year membership to InSOPHE. ($25.00 fee + $1.00 processing fee)
  • Open to universities in Indiana wishing to promote their graduate programs.

 Lunch orders have been placed, therefore any registration from this point on will NOT include lunch.      

 

Registration Costs:

InSOPHE Members:  $55 (lunch and CE hours included)

Non-InSOPHE Members:  $65 (lunch included)

Student Deluxe:  $25 (lunch and 1 year membership included)

*There is a $1.00 processing fee added to each payment level.

 

If your organization does not allow you to pay online or you prefer to pay by check or cash at the event, please bring a check payable to InSOPHE at the time of the event.  If you do not pay prior to or at the time of the event, lunch will not be available to you. 

        

 

An application has been submitted to award Certified Health Specialists (CHES) and Master Certified Health Education Specialists (MCHES) up to 5.5 total Category I Continuing Education Contact Hours (CECH).   This is subject to change. 

 

 

InSOPHE will provide NCHEC credits to members only for this event.  Those non-InSOPHE members who wish to earn  Category I NCHEC credits for this event may join InSOPHE prior to registering for this event and earn free Category I credits.
